Terms & Conditions

• All snakes will be healthy, correctly sexed and feeding without problems unless otherwise agreed. If you have a valid reason for not being satisfied with your animal  you must notifie me within 24 hours after taking delivery and i will replace them or refund your money if stock is unavailable. Green tree pythons will not be sexed until they reach 12 months of age.
• As we have no control over the way the animals are treated if no longer in our care we do not accept any responsibility nor can we be held responsible for anything in relation to the obtained animal(s) after the above mentioned period has passed.
• All animals will have a certificate of origin (EEG) for orders within the European community.
• For orders outside the European community an export-permit is required, the fee for the export-permit is € / $ 75,-- per species. 
• Worldwide shipping.
• Animals can be collected in person or arrangements can be made to deliver them at the shows we attend.
• International orders will be send airfreight collect or pre-paid depending on the airline. If a shipment is send pre-paid the balance for shipping must be paid in full prior to shipping. 
• All animals will have a certificate of health issued by a certified veterinarian guaranteeing there good health, therefore we do not accept any responsibility for any problems arising due to the transport, if this should happen you should lay your claim with the responsible airline.
• We offer full insurance on any shipment for the total value, please ask for a quotation on the price as it depends on the value and destination of the shipment.
• Snakes must be paid for in full prior to shipping or the balance can be settled upon collection. Payment can be in cash, bank transfer or cheque. Cheques must clear before shipping/delivery, in case animals are delivered we accept cash only.
• All animals available will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. Prior reservations can be made however once baby's are born a 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure priority, orders with deposits will be met first. If for some reason we can't supply you with your order your deposit will be returned promptly.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, discounts can occasionally be discussed on some species or on large orders, we reserve the right to deny sales without explanation.
• If for some reason we should come to legal terms all affairs must be settled here.   Country of jurisdiction is Holland.
• Payment plans are available on certain purchases.
• All prices include 19% VAT, exportprices available on request.
• These terms apply to all our sales, in case you decide to purchase we assume you have read our terms, therefore by making the purchase you agree to our terms.
