Tiger
Boa
constrictor imperator
Beautiful silvergray flanks with hardly any markings and
a slightly darker back with a few odd looking small to tiny
saddles give these boa's there unique appearance. True
genetic tigers are very rare, often "lookalikes" are offered
for sale at high prices without any genetic background.
This is one of my projects i am working on up until now the
tiger / patternless trait is not a proven genetic trait but
i hope i can state otherwise in 2003 when i expect them to
produce there first offspring.
It took me actually a year longer to proove them out, in
2004 i produced the first litter from a tiger male to a
possible tiger female and produced tigers as well as
normals. More breeding is needed to find out what the exact
genetics are that are at work here, but sofar it looks to be
dominant possibly co-dominant.
